It was 1964, in the US, that Erich Roiser - indulging in his favorite watersport - put on a "rubber suit" for the first time in his life. And it did not take long for him to visualize himself manufacturing wet-suits in Austria in order to prolong the watersports season in his home country.

1984
SPONSERING HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BIG ISSUE
The very close cooperation between athletes and our company always worked both ways. We were able to develop new products and enhance existing ones because of the feedback we got from our athletes and they could achieve better results because of the advantages they have had because of our efforts. Sportsmen like Franz Oberleitner or Jaret Llevellyn in waterski, Harry Brandstätter in Windsurfing and kiting or Erich Pröll in diving who have been with us for many years have helped to transport the brand CAMARO and the quality it stands for into the world.

1985
CAMARO SETS TRENDS!
At DEMA diving show in Las Vegas our very sexy Farmer John - high cut tiger design - was the sensation in the ladies' department. It even brought us into the Austrian daily newspaper Kurier - they dedicated one page of their 17th August 1985 edition to the daring and inventive owner of CAMARO, Mr. Erich Roiser.
