What are your hobbies?
Can’t say these are hobbies but I like watching movies and play with or walk my dog.
What was the reason for starting with waterskiing?
My parents wanted me to be involved into sport. At the age of 5 they sent me to figure skating and to rhythmic gymnastics, I didn’t like either of those. There was a great and famous water ski school in my city, so they sent me there and I fell in love with waterskiing.
Where do you train?
In Zachary, USA. At Bennett’s water ski school.
What regions/tours/places do you like most?
I can’t say a particular place, water skiing opened the world for me and I love exploring places and ski at new sites.
How do you see yourself in 10 years?
Still skiing, because it’s my passion.
What would you recommend a beginner?
It is not easy, but be persistent and you will achieve everything.
What do you think/feel shortly before the start of a competition?
Every competition is important to me, I put some responsibility on myself, and it doesn’t matter what level of a tournament it is, it always teaches you something and makes you grow. That’s why I can say that I get pretty nervous before a competition.
How is your competition preparation? Do you have a lucky charm? What motivates you?
I try to keep my thoughts on my skiing and not spread my attention on unnecessary things or things I can’t control. I think my competitors motivate me.
